Abstract
Gregoris Ioannou is a Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour Reader at the Department of People and Performance. He has previously held teaching and research positions at the University of Sheffield, the University of Glasgow, the University of Cyprus and Frederick University.
His research draws on political sociology and political economy frameworks to examine power dynamics in labour relations and their cultural and communicative forms.
